CONSULTANT & FACILITATOR
Cherie is an experienced facilitator of change who helps individuals, groups and organizations GROW. As a National Certified School Counselor, Cherie employed a data-based problem solving approach to help schools define goals and objectives, identify possible reasons why the goals are not being obtained, develop a plan for success through the implementation of success strategies, evaluate the effectiveness of the plan, and re-evaluate as needed. Through a multi-tiered system of support, opportunities for growth were maximized and potential barriers were minimized.
If you or your organization is exploring ideas and trying to develop a systematic process then you will need an effective facilitator to get the job done. Cherie is able to build quick rapport, gather information in a structured way and can communicate facts, feelings and goals in a synergistic manner.
